4th meeting of CRNIVRH Executive Committee was held. (Cheungcheongbuk-do Government Office, Finalized the site for Nogun-ri memorial project)

2nd meeting of CRNIVRH was held. (Reviewed and decided the following; Victims; 218 people, Victim's family members; 2,170 people, Victims needing medical support; 32 people, and Correction of family register; 21 cases)

Nogun-ri Memorial Project Advisory Committee(NMPAC) consisting of 8 experts was established.

1st Korean and American College Student Human Right and Peace Camp was organized and held by NMIC.

Temporary incense burning place for Nogun-ri incident victims was established at the incident site.

July 19, 2005

Organized a team to prepare a report on the review of Nogun-ri incident victims(TPRRNIV).(18 in total including the team leader)

July 28, 2005

7th memorial service for the victims of Nogun-ri incident was held.

Meetings of TPRRNIV and meetings of small team were held. (TPRRNIV meeting : 4 times, small team meeting : 7 times)

3rd NMPAC was held. (Consulted on the mission statement of memorial project plan)

Nogun-ri incident related lawyers(Representative; Michael Choi) reported on their activities in the U.S. to resolve Nogun-ri incident. (Yeongdong-gun Government Office. 57 people including the executives of NMIC and family members participated)

Oct. 14, 2005

Signed a contract for the planning of Nogun-ri historical park.

Nov. 18, 2005

Initial report on the plan was made and a meeting was held. (Cheungcheongbuk-do, Yeongdong-gun, NMIC and the contractor)
