Investigators from the Fact-finding Team collected data two times at the National Archives and Records Administration. During the investigation period, a total of 865 pieces of data were referred and Korea furnished 93 pieces of data to the US, while the US offered 490 pieces of data to Korea.

Thirty two reported Nogun-ri victims suffering from wounds got through medical examination at Cheongju Hospital with the help of financial support by the north Choongcheong province.
