(사)노근리국제평화재단-외대 정보·기록연구소와 협약 체결
【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=영동 (사)노근리국제평화재단(이사장 정구도)이 9일 한국외국어대학교 정보·기록연구소(소장 노명환)와 학술·연구·교육 등에 관한 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다.
이날 협약식에서는 한국외국어대학교에서 정구도 이사장과 노명환 교수가 참석하여 상호 공동의 목표와 관심사에 대해 실질적인 협력을 약속했다.
협약을 통해 양 기관은 학술·연구·교육 등에 관한 사항 뿐 아니라 인적교류 등 두 기관 상호 간 연계·접목 가능한 사업을 발굴하고 협력하여 국제학술회의 공동 개최 등 본격적인 교류를 하기로 했다.
상호 업무협약 체결 이후 양 기관은 첫 사업으로 ‘세계의 평화와 상생을 위한 DMZ / 노근리사건 / 베를린장벽의 기억과 기록화’라는 주제로 공동 국제학술대회를 개최할 계획이다.
이 공동 학술대회는 (사)노근리국제평화재단, 한국외국어대학교 정보·기록학연구소, 한국기록과정보·문화학회, 베를린장벽 재단이 공동으로 추진한다.
오는 2월 19일 금요일 오후 4시 (독일 시각 오전 8시)에 온라인 ZOOM 화상 회의 형식(동시통역 제공)으로 진행된다.
정구도 이사장은 이 학술대회에서 개회사에 이어 “화해 상생을 위한 역사와 기억 속의 노근리와 DMZ”라는 주제로 학술 발표를 할 예정이다.

Signed a business agreement with No Gun-ri International Peace Foundation-Foreign University Information and Records Research Center

On the 9th, Yeongdong No Gun-ri International Peace Foundation (Chairman Gu-do Jeong) signed a business agreement (MOU) on academic, research, and education with Hankuk University of Foreign Studies Information and Records Research Center (Director Myung-Hwan Noh).
At the signing ceremony on this day, Chairman Jeong Gu-do and Prof. Noh Myung-hwan from Hankuk University of Foreign Studies attended and promised practical cooperation on mutually common goals and interests.
Through the agreement, the two institutions agreed to discover and cooperate not only on academic, research, and education related matters, but also projects that can be linked and grafted between the two institutions, such as human-personal exchange, to jointly hold international academic conferences and exchanges in earnest.
After signing a mutual business agreement, the two organizations plan to hold a joint international conference on the subject of “The DMZ for world peace and mutual prosperity / No Gun-ri case / Memory and documentation of the Berlin Wall”.
This joint conference is jointly promoted by No Gun-ri International Peace Foundation, Hankuk University of Foreign Studies Institute of Information and Archives, Korean Society of Archives and Information and Culture, and the Berlin Wall Foundation.
It will be held in the form of an online ZOOM video conferencing (simultaneous interpretation provided) at 4pm (8am German time) on Friday, February 19th.
Following the opening remarks at this conference, Chairman Jeong Gu-do will make an academic presentation on the subject of “No Gun-ri and DMZ in History and Memory for Reconciliation and Win-Win Growth”.
